Software North LLC is an Alaskan owned and operated company that has been providing contractors and IT services in Alaska since 1978. Today we specialize in providing efficient and professional contractors to our customers. Additionally we support efforts with in-house project services.
Clients include major corporations, small businesses, government, utilities and other firms.
Software North LLC is located in Anchorage, Alaska and uses primarily Alaskan resident staff to provide reliability resources and assure the ready availability of post-project assistance to Alaskan based businesses. However, we do utilize some lower 48 resources on rotation to the North Slope, and we do service our Alaskan customers at their locations outside the state.
We have extensive experience in providing support to Conoco Phillips, Alyeska Pipeline, BP Alaska, Chugach Electric Association, Municipality of Anchorage, and the State of Alaska.
The major portion of Software North’s activity is in direct support of our Alaskan contract customers. About 80% of our staff works directly with these customers in the areas of project management, engineering, IT, programing, and administration. Our professional staff averages over 21 years’ experience in their industry.
Software North LLC is a member of the National Association of Computer Consulting Businesses (NACCB) with affiliates in 170 cities across nearly all states, and Canada. Local professional support can be arranged in most areas of the country. Software North LLC is also member Alaska IT Group (AITG), a consortium of Alaska's leading technology and information service providers.
